LOUISE PENRICE
EMPOWERING CARING CREATIVE AND HIGHLY EFFECTIVE LEADERS
As an educator and leadership development professional with 25 years of experience in managing and developing people, I'm passionate about empowering educators to lead.
I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the USA, raising my awareness of the challenges and opportunities both around transitions and in bringing together a global workforce. I'm a former Head of Bilingual School, a role which encompassed building strong relationships with very different stakeholders whilst delivering on developmental plans. I'm passionate about reconnecting educators to what brought them into schools and to the impact of their best self on the students with whom they work.
My strength is in holding the larger agenda whilst opening up possibilities to make tangible differences for dealing with day to day issues. I bring calmness, acute listening skills and an intuitive approach to enable leaders to approach challenging issues with renewed energy and perspective. My clients come mostly from education, but also include PR, chemical industry, finance, medical, and NGOs.
For larger projects I partner with a number of experienced professionals.
I'm excited to be continuing my own learning by embarking on a Doctor of Education programme with a desire to explore, ‘The impact of developing a shared language around inside-out leadership on stages of development'.
My personal motto:
Let Life be Rich
