Leadership  Development  through a coaching approach increases your sense of agency as a leader, opening up new ways of leading and  increasing your effectiveness in working with the many different stakeholders involved in the school environment. Coaching sessions are highly individualised and extremely responsive to your specific needs including themes which emerge as the programme unfolds. Key focus areas will be established at the beginning of the programme, and will be reviewed regularly, and revised as appropriate.

Many schools have their leaders complete a Leadership 360° Assessment or personality profile prior to the coaching to highlight possible areas for development and to create a springboard for transformation.
