As a woman in school leadership you must have already met success and overcome many challenges.
Recent research points to women in leadership scoring higher on leadership effectiveness. How do you maintain this and take your leadership to another level ..whilst overcoming what holds you back ? As Women leaders we are more likely to have lower confidence in our ability and lower expectations of what we can achieve. Recent events have placed even more pressure on schools, with leaders being asked to respond and educate students in unprecedented circumstances, with the ongoing uncertainties coupled with demands to meet the competing needs of staff, parents and students
TYPICAL FORMAT:
A typical format for our monthly two-hour session includes:
Check-in and feedback, leadership learning and practice, hot seat topic and sharing, goals and take-aways.
Between each monthly session you will be invited to complete a small number of related tasks.
*The program format may change slightly from session to session, to meet the needs of the group
The Elements Leadership Program is an eight-month journey of leadership transformation, connecting and empowering Women Leaders in education
Are you leading in a school and looking for a way to grow yourself and connect with other leaders? The Elements Program brings together 12-15 women in leadership positions within schools, meeting online once a month you will deepen your leadership understanding, share challenges, successes and learnings, with the aim of creating an empowering leadership
TIMING:
Participants meet once per month for 2-3 hours
Currently offering two start dates in October 2020
COST: HK$ 5,250* per leader for 8-month program
or 575 Euros per leader for 8-month program
